These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mosaico platform, including the web application at mosaico.one and the Mosaico LinkedIn Bridge Chrome extension (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Mosaico Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

The Service interacts with LinkedIn through your authenticated browser session. LinkedIn's User Agreement may restrict the use of automated tools. You acknowledge that:

- You use the Service's LinkedIn integration at your own risk
- Your LinkedIn account may be subject to restrictions or suspension by LinkedIn
- Mosaico is not responsible for any action taken by LinkedIn or other third-party platforms against your account

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Mosaico Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaico Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
